The MIA Femtech® procedure is suitable for all women with a normal body weight, whose breasts are not excessively sagging, and who wish to increase their breast size by 1 to a maximum of 2 cup sizes. The procedure is not suitable for women with significant breast asymmetry, those seeking a substantial enlargement, or women whose breasts are severely sagging.
Yes, MIA® minimally invasive breast augmentation includes the use of special Ergonomix 2 Diamond implants. These implants, developed after years of research, are made of biocompatible silicone, extremely soft, and diamond-shaped, allowing us to create beautiful fullness even with small volumes (120 ml to 195 ml). The MIA® technique aims to harmonize the breasts with the body, offering an increase of one to two cup sizes.
The surgical part itself takes just 15 minutes, thanks to the minimally invasive technique, innovative tools (a special inflatable balloon, guide system, implant injector), and the expertise of MIA® certified surgeons. The total experience and time at our clinic is designed to last no more than two hours.
The MIA® technique is performed under local anesthesia, which means you should not feel any pain during the procedure. If needed, mild sedation can be added for greater comfort and relaxation.
In traditional breast augmentation, a cut is made in the crease under the breast, and a pocket is created for the implant by sharply cutting through tissues. In the MIA Femtech® technique, access is made through a small incision hidden in the armpit. The pocket is created using a special balloon instead of sharp dissection, and the implant is injected into the newly formed space. This preserves all breast tissue (tissue preservation), and allows beautiful fullness with smaller implant volumes. Since no tissue is sharply disrupted, recovery is significantly shorter.

Ergonomix 2 Diamond implants are an evolution of Motiva’s Ergonomix 2 line and are used exclusively in the MIA® technique. They have an even lower rate of complications (such as capsular contracture or rupture) than other Motiva implants. MIA® and Ergonomix 2 Diamond implants are suitable for you if you meet one or more of the following:

No. The implants are placed between the muscle and mammary gland and do not affect breastfeeding. Neither the implant nor the silicone can transfer into breast milk.
Yes. Implants used in the MIA® procedure do not interfere with breast screening methods such as ultrasound or MRI. Mammograms are also possible, with some adjustments if needed.
