Ear Correction
"Protruding ears can cause embarrassment and affect self-confidence in both children and adults. Ear correction is an effective procedure that not only improves the aesthetic appearance of the ears, but also has a positive impact on self-image and confidence, while helping to prevent stigmatization during childhood and adolescence."

Frequently Asked Questions
Otoplasty (ear pinning surgery) is purely cosmetic. It corrects only the outer ear (the auricle) and has no impact on the inner structures of the ear responsible for hearing. Therefore, the surgery has absolutely no effect on your hearing.
Earlobe correction is a simple procedure to reshape and repair a torn or stretched earlobe. The damage may occur due to prolonged wearing of heavy earrings or a sudden pull. The torn tissue is stitched back together, and if necessary, a wedge-shaped excision is used to reduce and reshape the lobe.
Otoplasty can be performed at any age, but a thorough consultation is required. In children, prominent ears can lead to teasing and social difficulties, potentially resulting in low self-esteem, introversion, or even aggression. For this reason, we recommend correcting prominent ears before the child starts school — but not before the age of 6.
All incisions are made in discreet areas, most commonly behind the ear, where the auricle meets the head. The wounds heal quickly, and the resulting scars are minimal and well hidden.
